How to use?

Brew Hello Slim Good Morning for 4-5 minutes below boiling temp (100℃). Drink it before or during breakfast. Hello Slim Good Night should be brewed similarily, yet shorter: 2-3 minutes are enough. Drink it after the last meal. Remember! One tea in the morning, one in the evening!
